Turn your customer reviews into a clear picture of what keeps going wrong.

Upload the reviews you already have. VeraTrack sorts them into topics, groups recurring issues, and a trained reviewer checks whether any pattern may point to a possible consumer-law risk.

Risk screening, not legal advice.

WHAT YOU GET

  • Reviews sorted into topics, positive, neutral or negative
  • Recurring issues grouped, with a warning at 5 or more negative reviews on the same issue
  • A dashboard showing what is getting better or worse
  • A reviewer-checked audit report on an agreed schedule

How It Works

STEP 1

Upload

Export your reviews from the platforms you use, or fill in our spreadsheet template.

STEP 2

Sort

Each review is given a topic and marked positive, neutral or negative.

STEP 3

Dashboard

See your topics, trends and the issues customers mention most, with dated snapshots to compare.

STEP 4

Audit

A reviewer checks recurring issues against our consumer-law checklist and signs off a short report.

The Audit: What Makes VeraTrack Different

Many tools show you review charts. VeraTrack also asks whether a pattern of complaints may point to a possible consumer-law risk.

An Example

Seventeen customers complain that a delivery charge appeared only at the last step of checkout. A reviewer checks the pattern against the total price expectations in CMA207, scores it, and suggests checking the checkout directly.

Why A Person Checks

Reviews are what customers say, not something we have seen for ourselves. That makes them weaker evidence than a website check. A reviewer decides whether a pattern really supports a match, and the report says so plainly. Anything that would rank High gets a second reviewer.

What We Don't Do

We don't collect, request, remove or write reviews. We only analyse the reviews you already have. We don't connect to review sites automatically, and we don't give legal advice or confirm that you meet the law. We flag possible risks for you to act on.

Who It's For

  • UK online retailers with a steady flow of customer reviews and no time to read them all.
  • Customer service and ecommerce leads who want to spot recurring problems early.
  • Businesses that already use a review platform and want more from the reviews they collect.

Questions

Which review sites does it work with?

Any site you can export from. Trustpilot has its own export, and for sites without one, such as Google or Amazon, we provide a simple spreadsheet template.

Does it connect to my accounts automatically?

No. You upload an export or a filled-in template. Nothing is pulled from your accounts.

How often is it updated?

The plan is a fresh upload every fortnight for the dashboard, with the audit monthly or quarterly, as agreed with you.

What about personal data in reviews?

Reviews can include names and personal details. Before your first upload we will agree with you in writing how review data is handled.

Is this legal advice?

No. VeraTrack is risk screening. A pattern in reviews can point to a possible risk, but it is not proof, and we cannot confirm that you meet the law.

Can I buy it now?

Not yet. Services cannot be purchased while the site is in development. You can try the taster on invented reviews.
